I’ve got error with all conection in guacamole , im think the cause is about something inside my vps provider but i dont find what to do i some can say me what can i make would help.
What error are you getting ? Please provide a screenshot or copy and paste the error message here.
THE ERROR IS SAME WHEN U PUT WRONG CREDNTIAL TO CONECTION BUT MY PROBILE I THINKS IN THE PROVIDER OF MY VPS NOW I TRY TO PUT SSH AND WORK ONLY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH RDP
Got it, please to reproduce the issue, try using RDP on guacamole again and when you get the error message you have above, ssh into your guacamole server and run the command :
systemctl status guacd
then take screenshot of the results and paste here .
Note: Make sure you try to use RDP before running the above command and taking a screenshot so i can know what error is causing the issue.

I think that can help u to solve my problem, in image u can see when i try my ubuntu in rdp with all conexion good it disconect, my other help is about rdp in windows that i can’t enter
I am sorry but i cant understand what exactly you want me to help you with. But if you are successfully signing in before getting disconnected later, it may be your connection speed is unstable not guacamole.
Also as for RDP when you try to connect and get the error in guacamole, ssh into your guacamole server and run the command:
systemctl status guacd
then send me a screenshot of the result.
the ssh in my guacamole server work if i using cloudron?
If you are using cloudrun free, unfortunately you will have to contact support to see if they will give you ssh access. Without the guacamole logs it would be very hard to find the issue.
If they provide you with the ssh access and run that command, let me know.

ok i can past to terminal the guacamole comand but i need other help do u think i can conect some link with vnc to my guacamole?
What do you mean by connect some link with vnc? do you mean you need help setting up vnc ?
Yes cause I setup all fine but it dont work it happened to with my first time connecting ssh and for have working ssh I changed the port in VM Linux to enter but in vnc idk what I have to do
I am sorry but i can hardly understand what exactly you are meaning. However VNC uses port 5900 tcp by default. Have you made sure guacamole can access the linux server using that port? Meaning does the VM linux have the vnc port 5900 available for external connections?

Once again i will need to see the guacd and tomcat logs to know what the issue is.
Initiate a vnc connection and when it fails run the commands below in your apache guacamole server command line over ssh
systemctl status guacd
systemctl status tomcat9
Take screenshots of the results and paste here.
